Rental Terms

At Tsavo Plant, we aim to provide high-quality equipment rentals with transparent and fair rental terms. Please review our rental terms below before proceeding with any rental.

1. Rental Agreement

All rentals are subject to a signed rental agreement between the customer and Tsavo Plant. The rental period, payment terms, and equipment condition will be outlined in this agreement.

2. Rental Period

The rental period begins on the day the equipment is delivered and ends on the day it is returned. Extensions beyond the agreed rental period must be communicated and approved by Tsavo Plant in advance.

3. Rental Charges

Rental charges are calculated based on the type of equipment, rental duration, and location. Additional fees may apply for late returns, damage, or missing parts.

4. Equipment Condition

All equipment is inspected and serviced before delivery to ensure proper functionality. The customer is responsible for inspecting the equipment upon delivery and notifying Tsavo Plant of any issues within 24 hours.

5. Equipment Use

The customer agrees to use the equipment only for its intended purpose and to follow all safety guidelines provided. Any misuse or negligence resulting in damage will be the responsibility of the customer.

6. Insurance and Liability

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the rented equipment is covered by insurance during the rental period. Tsavo Plant is not liable for any damage or injury caused during the use of the equipment.

7. Return of Equipment

The equipment must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered, with all accessories included. Any damages, losses, or missing parts will result in additional charges.

8. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made before the dispatch of equipment will be fully refunded. Cancellations after dispatch may incur charges based on the distance traveled or rental days reserved.

9. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed. Payment options include bank transfers, credit cards, and other methods provided by Tsavo Plant.
